How can I pay for my order?
We use Shopify and Paypal to manage our payments.You can use all major credit and debit cards to pay for your order and you do not need a Paypal account to do so.

We deliver worldwide!
What are your delivery charges?
Shipping charges are based on country of residence. Please select from the available shipping options at checkout.
Please be aware you have to pay customs and import duty charges on overseas orders. These charges will be specific to your country and we cannot advise on what they might be. Klick.ie is not liable for these charges.
When will I receive my order?
We aim to dispatch your order within 2 working days but it can take longer in busy periods.Please be aware, measures to prevent the spread of Covid-19 are causing delays at our warehouse.
Ireland orders typically arrive within 1-3 working days of dispatch but may take up to 5 working days. International orders should arrive within 5-7 days of the dispatch date.Please be aware that Covid-19 is causing significant delays to our dispatch and delivery.Some domestic orders are taking up to two weeks to deliver and overseas ones up to 4 weeks
Can I arrange for my order to be delivered to a different address from my billing address?
You can enter a separate delivery address during the check out process.You will be required to enter a valid phone number for each address and the your details will be subject to vetting. We reserve the right to not dispatch the order if we cannot determine that both addresses and numbers are valid.
Can I alter my order once it has been placed?
If we haven't sent it yet, contact us as soon as possible at info@Klick.ie or on 016301213 and we will amend it for you.

How do I know the status of my order?
Once you have placed an order with us you should receive an email confirming we have received it. Please check your spam if you do not receive this.We will also send a confirmation email when your order has been dispatched.
How do I return an item?
If you are unhappy with your purchase for whatever reason, you can return it within 14 days of the date you placed your order.
If you are returning it because you have changed your mind, you will to need return it at your own cost. Items must be in their original packaging and condition to receive a refund.

What if my item is damaged?
If an item is damaged or faulty, you can return it and we will refund postage and the cost of the item in full.
If an item has clearly been damaged in transit, we request that you photograph the packaging and the item so that we can take it up with the carrier.

I haven't received my order yet, what should I do?
Ireland orders typically arrive within 3-5 working days of dispatch but sometimes it can take up to 7 working days. International orders typically arrive within 5-7 working days of the dispatch date but can take up to 10 working days.Please note, delivery times are being significantly delayed by Covid-19 measures.
If you have not received your order within 10 working days of your order being shipped (Ireland orders) or 20 working days (for international orders) please contact us at info@Klick.ie or on 016301213 and we will resolve the matter as soon as possible.
